§ 1
Services

Dealer On Call, LLC will provide an AI voice receptionist ("Moe") that answers inbound calls 24/7, checks live vehicle inventory, qualifies and captures leads, books and reschedules test drive appointments, and delivers call recordings and summaries to the Client's email after every call.

§ 2
Setup

Live within 1–2 business days once we receive the inventory feed from your DMS provider. Our team handles all configuration — no technical work required from the dealer. Note: The faster your DMS provider shares inventory access with our team, the sooner you're live.

§ 3
Fees

$349.00 per month for up to 30 vehicles. Billing begins on go-live date. Setup fee ($200) WAIVED — no payment due today except the first month.

§ 4
Cancel

For your first 3 months, this is month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days written notice to [email protected], no cancellation fees. After 3 months of active service, continued use is governed by a standard Dealer On Call service contract, presented separately for your review and signature before it takes effect.

§ 5
Data

All call recordings and lead data belong to the Client. Stored securely, retained 90 days after cancellation, then deleted. Client is responsible for required call recording disclosures in their state.

§ 6
Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months. Not liable for missed sales opportunities or indirect damages.

§ 7
Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Washington, DC, under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.

By signing below, the account owner of the dealership confirms they have read and agree to these terms and have authority to enter this agreement on behalf of their dealership.
