§ 1
Services
Dealer On Call, LLC will provide an AI voice receptionist ("Moe") that:
  • Answers inbound phone calls on behalf of the Client 24/7/365
  • Queries the Client's live vehicle inventory to respond to caller inquiries
  • Qualifies inbound callers and captures lead information
  • Schedules and reschedules test drive appointments during the call
  • Delivers call recordings, transcripts, and lead summaries to

Setup
Setup is completed within 3–5 business days. Client agrees to provide vehicle inventory in CSV format, configure call forwarding or accept a new number, and respond to setup requests within 2 business days.
§ 3
Fees
$497.00 per month. Billing begins on go-live date. No setup fees. No minimum commitment period. Invoices issued monthly by email.
§ 4
Cancel
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice to [email protected]. Service runs through end of paid period. No partial-month refunds. 30-day goodwill review available for new clients.
§ 5
Data
Call recordings, transcripts, and lead data are securely stored and delivered to the Client. Retained 90 days post-cancellation then deleted. Client is responsible for state-required call recording disclosures.
§ 6
Liability
Liability limited to amounts paid in the prior 3 months. Not liable for lost deals or indirect damages.
§ 7
Governing
Governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.

By accepting below, the representative on behalf of the dealership confirms they have read and agree to the terms above, have authority to enter this agreement, and that all information provided is accurate.
