We want every Dealer on our platform to feel confident in their decision. This policy explains what happens if the service doesn't work for your dealership.
If a setup fee was charged, it is non-refundable once onboarding work has commenced. If you cancel before onboarding begins, a full refund of any setup fees will be issued.
For new Dealers, if within the first 30 days of going live you determine the service is not working for your dealership, contact us. We will review the situation and at our discretion may offer:
This is a goodwill policy, not a contractual guarantee, and is evaluated case by case.
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your dealership name and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
To cancel your service, email [email protected] or call (202) 490-9401. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, call data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.
