Call data (recordings, transcripts, lead information) is stored in secured cloud infrastructure (Supabase). Data is retained for the duration of the Dealer's active subscription, plus 90 days after termination. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
The Dealer is responsible for informing their customers that calls may be handled by an AI system and that calls may be recorded. Dealers should comply with applicable state call recording laws, which vary by jurisdiction. Many states require one or both parties to consent to call recording.

Our service uses Vapi (voice AI platform) and Supabase (data storage). These services have their own privacy policies. By using Dealer On Call, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these third-party services as necessary to provide the service.
